Women’s Leadership Spring Open House

April 11, 2007 | 4-6 pm | Parlor Rooms, Union
Featuring Kelli Roehrig, MSU alumna and co-captain of the 2004-2005 MSU Women’s Basketball Team

  • Make cards to send to women who have been influential or inspiring.
  • Thank someone at MSU who has made a difference in your
    • life during the open mic recognition ceremony.
  • Recognize your own accomplishments this year.
  • Eat FREE food.

The event is student-focused, but ALL are welcome to attend!
Co-sponsored by WILD, the MSU Women’s Resource Center, and the Union Activities Board.

The tradition of honoring colleagues with individual personal reflections of the extraordinary accomplishments that go unacknowledged continues. As in the past, you are encouraged to pay tribute to a colleague and you may arrange to do so by completing the form below. All personal vignettes are limited to five minutes. Wednesday, April 11: “Women’s Leadership Open House,” 4-6 pm, Parlor Rooms, Union Building. Reward yourself for your achievements this year! Stop by for some snacks, crafts, and a keynote address by Kelli Roehrig. For more information, contact the WRC at 353-1635.

Saturday, April 14: “Girls Get Going,” 8:30 am-1pm, IM Sports West. A sports clinic for girls in grades 3 through 8. Meet women athletes! Win door prizes! Free t-shirt for the first 100 registrants! Pre-registration is required by April 5, 2007, at 5pm. Call 355-5250 for more information. Sponsored by MSU’s Intramural Sports, Family Resource Center, Women’s Resource Center, and the Boys and Girls Club of Lansing.

Wednesday, March 14: Women's Health Fair 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, MSU Union- Main Lounge.
