The Summit is open to all MSU students as well as faculty, staff and the community, in general, regardless of race, gender, religion, socio-economic status, sexual orientation or political persuasion. This will be an opportunity for individuals from different cultural backgrounds to come together to share and to learn; and, more importantly, to commit to sustaining the bridges that we hope will be built so that we can become better citizens within and outside of our communities.

Help-Portrait is a WORLD-WIDE event happening in downtown Lansing. Individuals, couples, family's or groups are able to sit for about 8-12 different poses. Each individual, couple, family or group is entitled to one free printed 5X7 photo, one picture frame and also receives a CD of all the poses to take with them to print elsewhere! A professional photographer signs a release that you may take with you to Meijer, Wal-Mart, etc., for printing.
This is a great way to get group/family/individual photos taken FOR FREE! In addition, there will be a few hairdresser's and makeup artists as well as snacks provided. (NOTE: No names, addresses, or other contact information will be requested of any attendee).
